I discussed with Qihang today. The only way to do research well is to read enough and think enough and try hard. In the begining is hard, then after a while of suffering, you will have sense of what you are doing and what could be done.
Then everything will be smooth. YOu study and work hard, get published, get what you want to enjoy.
